A Challenge To Teachers

The abundant wealth of Japan, which makes it one of the great powers of the world, can be attributed to its excellent school system. Because of these excellent school system, the industries and the various institutions are fed with well-educated citizens.

In International science tests given to the youth of many countries, the Japanese have performed very well. They were first in earth sciences, chemistry and biology. The following stand points and expressions ( some are cliche or obvious remark and some alien and borrowed ) are worth considering:

1. It is clear that teachers cannot teach what they do not know. ( This is very clear )

2. Teachers are agents of change. ( We agree )

3. There should be continuous evaluation and rating of teachers.

4. Develop the child to his highest potential.

5. " Poor, disadvantage but deserving students " need attention.

Objectives of Bad Behavior

Behavior is the result of a personal decision about how to respond and act. These are the following objectives of a bad behavior:

1. To call attention: The child wants to be the center of his parent's attention, same also to adults who will ends up doing mischievous actions.

2. Power: A person misbehave to challenge parental authority or to somebody else. That's why their reaction to the challenge of their authority should not be autocratic.

3. Revenge: Feeling that he is not accepted, the child looks for the ways, becoming cruel to them. They want to exact vengeance on them, giving them recognition.

4. To demonstrate incapacity: A person loses the idea of " I can reach success ". A person's attitude is passive and not preoccupied of anything.

So other than that, Parents should always remember that their child or a person acts that way because he thinks that he is such a person.
